98br Terms and Conditions – Rules and User Rights

By accessing, browsing, or using the 98br — whether through the website, the mobile app, or any other available channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and all other policies published by 98br. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and not complete the registration.

Accepting these terms is a prerequisite for using any feature of the 98br, including Sports Betting, online casino, tips, and financial transactions. Simply creating an account constitutes formal and binding acceptance of this document.

The 98br reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address and/or through a notice on the platform at least seven calendar days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the new terms' effective date constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes.

To create an account on 98br and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. The platform is strictly prohibited for minors, with no exceptions.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a Valid CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion status at 98br or any other applicable voluntary exclusion program.
• Act on your own behalf — creating accounts on behalf of third parties or for commercial resale purposes is prohibited.
• No history of fraud, match-fixing, or serious terms violations on previous betting platforms.
• Not be an employee, contractor, representative, or first-degree relative of an employee of 98br or its direct technology partners.

Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The 98br reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, and income at any time, especially before processing withdrawals. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of the account without return of any balance.

Each user may hold only an active account on the 98br. Detection of duplicate accounts, even if created with different details, will result in all accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, or device being blocked, at the platform's sole discretion.

The 98br grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any activity that is illegal under current Brazilian law.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the system, reverse-engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that simulates human browsing or interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Creating or using sports betting arbitrage systems that systematically exploit odds inconsistencies across platforms.
• Posting or transmitting offensive, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content through the platform's communication channels.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illicit financial activity using the platform as an intermediary.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.

The 98br monitors platform usage for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. Suspicious activity is investigated and may result in a preventive account suspension during the review, regardless of the outcome of the investigation. The user will be notified of the process, except in cases where notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.

The platform is accessible via web browser on both computers and mobile devices, as well as through the official 98br for Android and iOS. The 98br does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may carry out scheduled or unscheduled maintenance whenever necessary, preferably during periods of lower demand.

The 98br offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, World Cup Qualifiers), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, e-sports, and other sports. The odds displayed on the platform are set by the trading team at 98br and are subject to change at any time before the event starts, without prior notice.

A bet is considered confirmed only after the confirmation message is displayed in the system and the corresponding amount is debited from the account balance. Bets not confirmed due to technical or connection failure create no obligation for the 98br.

Bets are settled based on the official result published by the event's governing body — CBF, CONMEBOL, UFC, NBA, among others. In the event of a discrepancy between the live-broadcast result and the officially ratified result, the official result prevails. Settlement times may range from a few minutes to up to 72 hours after the event ends, depending on official confirmation.

• Cancelled bets: if an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed before it begins, all bets are voided and the balance is refunded in full.
• Suspended in-play events: settlement follows the result at the time of suspension, unless the organizing body declares the result void or the match is rescheduled and completed on a later date.
• Odds errors: a 98br reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to operational error, with notice to the user and a full refund of the amount wagered.
• Parlay bets: the cancellation of a selection in a multiple bet does not cancel the entire bet — the cancelled selection is removed and returns are recalculated based on the remaining selections.

The minimum amount per bet is R$ 5,00. The maximum amount per bet varies by event and market and is displayed on the confirmation screen before finalizing. Bets exceeding established limits may be refused or automatically adjusted to the maximum permitted amount.

The casino section of the 98br includes slots from licensed international providers, live table games with dealers in Portuguese, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other casino games. All available games operate with random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories, ensuring the randomness of results.

The user acknowledges that casino games carry a mathematical house edge (RTP — Return to Player), which varies by game and is disclosed in each title's description. No outcome can be influenced by strategies external to the game's own logic, and the 98br has no control over the individual outcomes of bets.

• Live Casino games are streamed in real time, and results are final once the round is closed by the dealer or the system.
• Disconnections during a casino round may result in a lost bet if the round had already started and the server received the bet instruction.
• Casino bonuses are subject to the specific conditions of each promotion, detailed in clause 07 of these terms.

The 98br offers session and loss limits for casino games, which can be configured by the user in the account settings. We strongly recommend that all users set these limits before accessing the casino section.

All deposits and withdrawals at 98br are conducted in Brazilian reais (BRL), with no currency conversion. The 98br does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Pix. For other methods, fees charged by intermediary financial institutions may apply and are the user's responsibility.

Available deposit methods:

• Pix — deposit processed in up to 15 seconds, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Minimum amount: R$ 10.00.
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Hipercard. Processing within 5 minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• Debit card — Visa Electron and Maestro. Instant processing. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário — settlement within 1 business day. Minimum amount: R$ 30.00.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processing within 10 minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 10.00.
• TED bank transfer — available to customers of Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, and all other banks in the national financial system. Settlement during banking hours.

Withdrawals: the minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts and are available 24 hours a day. Withdrawals via other methods follow each institution's own processing times. For security purposes, withdrawals are made exclusively to the same method and account used for the deposit — withdrawing to a third-party account or a different method is not permitted without prior support approval.

The 98br may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, in accordance with anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance policies. This process is not a barrier to withdrawals — it is a protection for the user against unauthorized use of their account.

The 98br periodically offers welcome bonuses, themed promotions (for example, during the Brasileirão or Copa do Brasil), cashback, and loyalty programs for active users. Each promotion has its own specific conditions communicated at launch, including wagering requirements (rollover), validity period, eligible markets, and minimum odds.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions at the 98br:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet the wagering requirement (rollover) before being converted into withdrawable real balance.
• The standard rollover for Sports Betting bonuses is 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.60, unless otherwise specified in the conditions of the specific promotion.
• The standard rollover for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Bets with very high handicaps, live bets in situations where the outcome is already evident, or bets on markets with a reduced margin may not count toward rollover completion, as specified in each promotion.
• Each user is entitled to a single welcome bonus, linked to their CPF. Attempts to claim the bonus more than once using different details constitute fraud.
• The 98br reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, without entitling users who have not completed the rollover by the closing date to any compensation.

Taking part in a promotion from 98br implies acceptance of that promotion's specific terms, which supplement and complement these general Terms and Conditions. Should any conflict arise between a promotion's conditions and these general terms, the promotion's specific conditions shall prevail for the matter in question.

The 98br believes that Sports Betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. That's why we invest in real responsible gaming tools and make them as easy to use as possible.

Responsible gambling tools available to all users of the 98br:

• Deposit limit: configurable by day, week, or month. Once set, the limit can only be decreased immediately — increases take effect after 7 days, to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Loss limit: sets the maximum amount you can lose within a given period. Once reached, new bets are blocked until the next period begins.
• Session limit: defines how long you can browse the platform without interruption. Once the limit is reached, you are automatically logged out.
• Temporary pause: from 24 hours to 6 months. During the break, the account is inaccessible for betting and deposits. Withdrawals of existing balances may be requested during the break.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes access to the platform. Irreversible once confirmed. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before confirmation.

The 98br prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under 18 and enforces age verification at registration and periodically throughout use. If underage use is detected, the account is immediately closed, the balance frozen, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

In summary, 98br collects only the data necessary to provide its services — identification, age verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. No personal data is sold to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers acting on behalf of 98br (payment processors, for example), under data protection agreements.
• With competent authorities when required by law or court order.
• With the user themselves, upon a formal data access request.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through chat or email support. Any available balance must be withdrawn before closure. The 98br will process the closure within 5 business days after confirmation by the user.

The 98br may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or any mechanism that manipulates the odds or the platform's operation.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward the support team or other users.
• Order issued by a competent judicial or regulatory authority.
• Account identified as belonging to a user under 18 years of age.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be held for the duration of the investigation. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be fully or partially confiscated, proportional to the identified harm. The user will be notified of the closure and the reason, except where such notification would compromise an ongoing investigation or a legal confidentiality requirement.

The 98br provides digital entertainment and sports betting intermediation services. The platform does not guarantee specific outcomes on any bet or casino game. Sports Betting and casino games involve the risk of financial loss, and the user acknowledges awareness of this risk when using the services.

The 98br is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions, regardless of whether they were based on tips or analysis published by the platform.
• Damages caused by temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own negligence (password sharing, use on public devices, etc.).
• Third-party content accessible through links or integrations on the platform.
• Odds fluctuations that occur between the intention to place a bet and its confirmation, when within normal market parameters.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of 98br toward a user, with respect to any event or series of events, will exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the liability. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or fraud proven on the part of the 98br.

The 98br may update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary to reflect changes in services, Brazilian legislation, or industry practices. Material changes will be communicated at least seven days in advance by email and/or via a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the services of the 98br after the new conditions take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the Sports Betting market in Brazil.

For dispute resolution, the parties elect the Court of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be. Prior to any legal action, both parties commit to seeking an amicable resolution through the support team of the 98br for at least 30 days.
